Delivery Policy

1. Our Courier partner would usuallysuccessfully deliver the parcel within 2 – 5 working days from the date ofshipment (Our daily shipment schedule is from Sunday to Thursday daily. Noshipment on every Friday, Saturday or Terengganu state or national publicholidays).

Delivery Tracking Numbers will be provided toall orders upon shipment for self-tracking purposes.

Delivery Fees:

●    Purchase above RM300 free deliverywithin West Malaysia.

●    Purchase below RM150, minimumdelivery fee within West Malaysia will be RM8 for purchase of goods below 1kg(additional RM3 for every subsequent 1kg of purchase).

●    Delivery Fees for East Malaysiawill be charged according to weight of purchase (minimum RM15 for purchase ofgoods below 1kg and an additional RM15 for every subsequent 1kg of purchase).

2. In the event of delay on the delivery, wewould recommend for self-collection at the designation deporting branch of ourdelivery partner to avoid effects on the product quality. Affected customersmay also contact our customer service representative for more info.

We do not assume responsibility or authorityfor the operations of our delivery partner. Your kind understanding is muchappreciated.
